1. All items produced by Reliable Banner are created to a clients' custom specifications and are not returnable for exchange or credit.

2. Client accepts total responsibility for securing proper copyright and trademark releases for all art, text copy, pictures and digital files provided to Reliable Banner for reproduction on their behalf.

3. Client, at time of authorizing a production order, acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for all charges incurred by Reliable Banner for work performed at clients’ request for a completed order, any and all order modifications or work in process at time of order cancellation.

4. Reliable Banner will not reproduce or release clients' work to any other outside source, for profit or gift. All clients' rights and property are respected and protected.

5. Normal rates will be charged for normal orders, however overtime charges may be applied in rush order situations.

6. Minimum orders and volume discounts exist for most products and services. Check with your sales representative for conditions and qualifications.

7. Clients must notify Reliable Banner within three days of receipt of product of any discrepancies with order, otherwise shipment and order is considered by Reliable Banner as completed.

8. Upon receipt of product by client, if contents are damaged client should notify Reliable Banner immediately and save all packaging for damage claim adjustment.

10. Deposits for services and products may be required prior to commencement of production. Remaining balances are due at project completion and prior to delivery of product. Account terms may be arranged at the discretion of Reliable Banner.

11. Images and content reproduced by Reliable Banner at clients’ request does not necessarily represent the views or business philosophy of Reliable Banner.

12. Reliable Banner reserves the right at its sole discretion to decline creation; duplication or reproduction of any client supplied content. Reliable Banner will not reproduce any defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic, profane, threatening or unlawful material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense or otherwise violate any law.

13. Receipt and Acceptance of product constitutes agreement to pay Reliable Banner according to sales terms and conditions granted by Reliable Banner at the time of order. If the invoice pertaining to a sales order/shipper is not paid according to terms, amount due is subject to a finance charge of 1.5% (annual percentage rate 18%). If an account is given to an attorney for collection, purchaser agrees to pay all collection costs and any additional fees associated with the collection process, including reasonable attorney's fees. Venue and jurisdiction for any legal action by either party to enforce or avoid the terms of the sales agreement shall be in Las Vegas, Nevada.
